In general, to use this Portal you don’t have to facilitate any personal data. The data that we obtain will be used to send you promotional information about the services we offer, news related to our activity, inform you about talks or events. Either way, we’ll be able to use your personal data to inform you about any changes of the operational type in the Portal, or any other modification in the Terms and Conditions of the same that we considered relevant. Profile. It is a possibility that we filed information using cookies, access files or similar things to create a profile of our users. You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancelation and opposition, through letter or email mentioned in the Legal Notice. The exercise of these rights is personal, which means that only the user can exercise them regarding personal data of which is the legitimate owner.
However, Alsan remember its users that internet is not as safe as it can be or it seems. Although Alsan cannot prevent the User from suffering some kind of incident in their use of the Internet, we take the utmost precautions in their operations and systems to avoid, as far as possible, dysfunctions. Nevertheless, gave the existence of risks in internet, Alsan recommend the users to take appropriate precautions regarding their protection, in the technical and behaviour departments, to affront the risks of personality identity theft or violation of the communications.
