Alutronic® Sulphuric Acid Recovery
Continuous removal of dissolved aluminum in anodizing baths
The Alutronic® system removes aluminum from the anodizing baths by separating the aluminum salts from the sulphuric acid, while recycling the discharged sulphuric acid back into the anodizing baths. This system is designed to achieve maximum performance when working cyclically. To that end, it has 3 columns, always being 2 in the process phase and one in regeneration.
Easy to adapt to the production of any installation, the investment in an Alutronic® system at large production plants is amortized in only 18 months by the savings in acid and in waste treatment that it entails.
